Local Presence$249 a month
Somebody whose job it is to keep your Google listing right.
Your Google Business Profile is the first thing a customer in Westchester County sees, and the last thing anyone remembers to update. On Local Presence it stops being your problem.
Website Care is inside this one. The extra $150 a month is the Google side.
Your Google Business Profile Left alone
- CategoriesWhatever got picked the day it was claimed
- ServicesStill listing one you stopped doing
- HoursOpen on Thanksgiving, according to Google
- Service areaTowns you stopped driving to
- DescriptionWritten by whoever set it up
- PhotosNewest one is the van you sold
- Phone and linksPointing somewhere that used to work
OursEvery line of it, checked and corrected every month.
Every month
One month, logged.
This is the part nobody can show you in a proposal, so here it is. First what happens every month without fail, then a month of the smaller things that came up.
Every month, without fail
- A review request after every job
- A person on any review that needs one
- One profile update posted
- Your photos posted as you send them
- Anything you send us, changed
And then whatever the month brings
Week 01
- ProfileService area checked against where you actually went this month.
- PhotosThe job photos you sent came in sideways. Straightened, cropped, posted.
Week 02
- ProfileCategories reviewed, because Google keeps adding new ones and moving old ones.
- ReviewsA review that broke Google’s rules, reported. Google decides whether it comes down.
Week 03
- ProfileAn edit Google quietly reverted, put back and re-submitted.
- WebsiteA price on your services page that stopped being true, changed.
Week 04
- ProfileYour description updated, because you stopped offering one of the things in it.
- You askedYou mentioned a new service. It went on the website and the profile.
Next month, again.
Examples, not a fixed schedule. The commitments above happen every month. What is underneath them is whatever actually needs doing, and almost none of it needs you.
Reviews
Asking is the part that never gets done.
Most owners mean to ask for reviews and then finish a job, get in the truck, and drive to the next one. This runs whether or not you remember, and it is the half of the review system the cheaper plan does not have.
- You finish a jobYou mark it done, or you tell us. That is the whole of your part.
- The request goes outThe same message, to every customer, every time.
- A review gets postedOn your Google profile, in the customer’s own words.
If it is a good one
Answered in your voice
Automatically, in the way your business talks. We set that voice with you before a single reply goes out, and every one of them is visible in your login.
This part is in Website Care too.
If it is not
A person picks it up
Negative reviews are never answered automatically. We draft the reply with you. If the review breaks Google’s rules we report it, and Google decides whether it comes down.
Local Presence only
Worth saying plainlyEvery customer gets the same request. We do not screen people first, we do not steer unhappy customers somewhere quieter, and we do not offer anyone anything to leave one. That is against Google’s rules, and it is the sort of thing that gets a profile suspended.
Every quarter
A report you can read in the truck.
Four times a year, in plain English, with the numbers that mean something and none of the ones that do not.
What it covers
- What people did on your websiteGoogle Analytics
- What you turned up for in search, and what got clickedSearch Console
- What people did on your Google profileGoogle Business Profile
- What happened with your reviewsGoogle Business Profile
- What came in through your formYour own inquiries
What it will never say
- Where you rank on Google
- A promise about next quarter
- Credit for a phone call nobody can trace
- A number with no source underneath it
You will see what moved. What nobody can honestly do is tie a job you won to one change on a website, so we do not try. You get the numbers, what we did, and no arrow drawn between them.
And one thing fixed
Every quarter we pick one improvement out of what the numbers showed, and do it. Not a page a month, and not whatever is easiest to invoice.
- A service page that was too thin to answer anything
- A page for a town you actually work in and never mentioned
- A correction, where the site says something that stopped being true
- A link that should have been there and was not
What it costs
Website Care, plus the Google side.
Hosting, website edits, and your inquiries are what Website Care covers. The extra $150 a month is the asking, a person on the hard reviews, the profile kept current every month, and one fix a quarter. No setup fee, and the profile work is the first thing we do.
$249
a month
Ends 30 days after you tell us.
$2,490
a year, prepaid
Prepay a year and the website build price drops too.
What it is not
- No guaranteed rankings or leads
- No new page every month
- No paid ads, no social posting, no keyword retainer
- Starting
- Every recurring plan starts with a one-time Google Business Profile setup.
- Monthly
- Monthly plans end 30 days after you tell us.
- A prepaid year
- Annual plans run through the prepaid year. At the end of a prepaid year we ask before renewing. Nothing renews silently, and nothing is charged again until you say so.
Questions
What owners ask about this one.
What do I actually have to do?
Send photos when you have them, and tell us when something changes: a new service, different hours, a number that moved.
You do not write review requests, chase customers, or log into anything to make this work.
What if my Google profile is a mess, or I do not have one?
A messy one is normal and it is the first thing we fix: categories, services, hours, service area, description, and the links.
If there is no profile yet, getting one claimed and verified is the first job. Verification is Google’s process and it runs on their timetable, not ours.
What happens when I get a bad review?
Nothing automatic. Negative reviews are held back from the responder and a person picks them up, drafts a reply with you, and posts it once you are happy.
If the review breaks Google’s rules, we report it. Google decides whether it comes down, and we tell you either way.
How soon does any of this show up?
Reviews are the part you notice first, because you are finally asking for them. Profile changes go live once Google accepts them.
How you show up in search moves slowly and depends on things nobody controls, so we will not put a date on it. The quarterly report shows what actually changed.
Is this SEO?
Not the kind that sells a monthly retainer against a list of keywords. This is your Google profile kept right, your reviews handled, and one evidence-led fix a quarter.
If someone is promising you positions on Google for a monthly fee, ask them what happens when it does not work.
Can I get this if you did not build my website?
The plan includes hosting, website edits, and the inquiry system underneath your form, so it assumes a site we run.
If you already have one you are happy with, tell us anyway. The usual route is a rebuild at the normal price, and we will say plainly whether yours needs one.
Where do the review requests get sent, and who owns that list?
You mark the job finished and the request goes to that customer, on the phone number or email you already have for them. Nothing is bought, rented, or scraped.
It stays your list. If you leave, it leaves with you.
If I stop, do I lose the reviews?
No. The profile is in your Google account and the reviews are on it. Both stay exactly where they are.
What stops is us managing them: no more requests going out, no more replies written, no more monthly updates.
What is the difference between Website Care and Local Presence?
Website Care keeps the website and your inquiries looked after, and answers your good reviews in your voice. Local Presence adds the asking: a request after every job, a person on the difficult reviews, and your Google profile managed every month.
Do you run ads or social media?
Not as part of these plans. Paid ads, daily social posting, and large SEO campaigns are different kinds of work, and the plans focus on the website and how you show up on Google. Running ads properly is a separate conversation, quoted on its own.
